  • The quickest way to change your theme is using the Theme menu.

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    Administrators can select which theme record is active for the instance, and then any associated variants and alternate color palettes will display in the Themes menu. End users can select from the available variants and alternate color palettes associated with the current theme from the Themes menu.

    Procedure

    1. Select the user menu, represented by your user icon or initials in the Next Experience Unified Navigation.

    2. Select Preferences.

    3. Select the Theme tile.

      Note:
      The theme images displayed depend on the theme record selected for the instance by the admin. End users can select the variant or alternate color palette attached to that theme record they want to use for their own work environment.
    4. End users can select the variant or alternate color palette they want to adopt for their instance.
