The phone number allocation change model enables you to design and assign the required telephone number from a pool or standalone telephone number format.
Before you begin

Procedure

Navigate to .

Select the list icon (
), and then go to .

Select the New button.

Select .

On the record producer form, update the fields.

Select Save.
The Change (Design & Assign) flow is triggered and a change request is created. Depending on the given inputs, change tasks are automatically created and other related tabs appear. To learn more, see

Open and review the change task records.

On the Task Attributes form, fill in the fields.

Select Submit.
The Details tab is updated.

On the Affected CIs related tab, see all the configuration items that are impacted due to this change task.

Select Save.
