  • L’objet JSON est construit en deux structures.

    • Collection de paires nom/valeur. Dans divers langages, cela se traduit sous la forme d’un objet, d’un enregistrement, d’une structure, d’un dictionnaire, d’une table de hachage, d’une liste à clé ou d’un tableau associatif.
    • Liste ordonnée de valeurs. Dans la plupart des langages, cela se réalise sous forme de tableau, de vecteur, de liste ou de séquence.
    Dans sa forme la plus simple, un objet JSON n’est qu’un ensemble de paires nom/valeur séparées par des virgules. Par exemple :
