Create and manage conversations
Create new Impact conversations or manage existing conversations.

Create a conversation
Procédure
- Navigate to Impact > Activity Center > Conversations.

Select Create New > Conversation.
Remarque :Conversations may be initiated from all pages in Impact.

Fill in the form with the conversation details, including adding attachments.
Tableau 1. Conversation actions Action Description Mark as high priority Displays as a high priority conversation for recipients and watchlist members. High priority conversations display a yellow banner with the name of the user who marked it as such. Create a related task Create a task for a stakeholder group or individual recipients based on the conversation. The assigned to party will have a task created in the activity center, accordingly. Change conversation owner Allows the owner of the conversation to be transferred from the originator of the conversation. Change category Changes the category for the conversation. Edit conversation subject Changes the subject of the conversation from the available subjects: - Business KPIs

- General
- Initiatives
- Platform health
- Review & meetings
Edit watchlist Updates the recipients on the conversation watchlist to receive updates. Mark as closed Closes the conversation. Adjust the filter on the conversations page to view closed records. Comment Provide a comment in the conversation. Search for related record You can search for other conversations or other records in Impact that have the same subject. Upload files Attach files to the conversation. Add/remove from the watchlist Manage who receives and which conversations are part of the watchlist. -
Select Send.
- The conversation is added to the Conversations view.
- Conversation details are captured in the conversation details.
- The Activity log is updates with the conversation details.
- The recipients and watchlist are notified of the new conversation in their Activity log in Impact.
Manage conversations
- Select an existing conversation from the Activity Center.

From the Actions menu, choose an action and Save.
Changes to the conversation are displayed.
