    Configure the Now Assist consumption report summarization for Impact application to use the generative AI skills. For more information, see Activate Now Assist skills in Now Assist for Impact.

    Remarque :
    Access to the AI-based consumption report summarization feature requires a Pro Plus license for any ServiceNow product.

    Role required: Impact App Admin, Impact Platform Owner, Impact Portfolio Owner.

    Pourquoi et quand exécuter cette tâche

    Use the Gen AI based consumption report summary to view the following:
    • Details of accelerator usage and its alignment with business objectives.
    • Overview of active Now Support cases, with details on response times for P1 and P2 cases and current resolution progress.
    • Current usage overview for Developer Support and Instance Observer seats highlighting any over or under allocations.

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to All > Impact > Consumption Report.
    2. Select Summarize.
      Now Assist generates and displays summary information for the outcome, as shown in the following example.

    3. Facultatif : Provide feedback for the summary by selecting the thumbs-up or thumbs-down icons.
    4. Facultatif : Copy the summary to use its information outside the app, for example, for including in an email or editing before forwarding, by selecting the Copy to clipboard icon Copy to clipboard.
    5. Facultatif : If you think that data might have changed after you viewed the summary, refresh the summary information by selecting the redo icon Refresh.
