    • Integrate with your other environments running Impact and utilize Scan Engine diagnostics.You can connect your instances with a one-time configuration, available in both Basic Auth and OAuth 2.0.

    Avant de commencer

    Role required: Scan Engine Admin (sn_se.scan_engine_admin).

    Procédure

    1. Navigate to ALL > Impact > Configuration > Scan Engine Properties, and then open the My SN Instances related list tab.
      Each record in the table indicates a ServiceNow instance connected to the current instance through API integrations. There should also be a record for the current instance as well.
    2. Populate and configure this section to take advantage of exception processing in production, definitions sync, and user story creation and tracking.
