  • The value management lifecycle starts with the identification of your objectives and outcomes.

    Your objectives and outcomes are the basis for creating a personalized Customer Impact plan, recommend services, content, and training.

    The intent is to set a yearly improvement target against these outcomes to be able to capture the incremental improvements and value realized during the upcoming year. Your squad will help you understand where you are and what you can do to meet your objectives.

    You can measure a selected objective under the same product across multiple ServiceNow instances. Use the Instance option on the Objectives and Outcomes, and Outcomes Insights to filter business objectives and outcomes by the ServiceNow instance.
