Share scheduling preferences

  • As an applicant, when requested by recruiters, share your scheduling preferences to help them schedule interviews accordingly.

    Role required: sn_ta_hiring_core.external_applicant or sn_ta_hiring_core.internal_applicant

    프로시저

    1. Log in to Applicant Center.
      For more information, see Access the Applicant Center.
    2. On the Applicant Center home page, under the Keep track of what’s going on section, locate the request to share scheduling preferences.
    3. Select Share scheduling preferences.
      You can also select Share scheduling preferences on the email notification you receive once the recruiter has requested to share scheduling preferences.
    4. On the Share scheduling preferences for upcoming interview form, fill in the fields.
      For a description of the field values, see Share scheduling preferences form.
    5. Select Share scheduling preferences.
      Once you've shared your scheduling preferences, you can select View details under the Keep track of what’s going on section to view or edit the preferences.
