Log in to Applicant Center.

On the Applicant Center home page, under the Keep track of what’s going on section, locate the request to share scheduling preferences.

Select Share scheduling preferences.
You can also select Share scheduling preferences on the email notification you receive once the recruiter has requested to share scheduling preferences.

On the Share scheduling preferences for upcoming interview form, fill in the fields.

Select Share scheduling preferences.
Once you've shared your scheduling preferences, you can select View details under the Keep track of what’s going on section to view or edit the preferences.
