Configure an email template

  • Configure email templates to quickly create emails for common issues.

    Before you begin

    Role required: email_client_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Email Client > Email Client Templates.
    2. Select New.
      A new Email Client Template record opens.
    3. Complete the following fields:
      Name
      Enter a name for the email template.
      Table
      Select the table where the email template will apply.
      Conditions
      Select conditions to determine when the email template will apply.
    4. From the Content tab, enter the content that will apply to the email template.
    5. From the Recipients tab, enter recipients that will apply to the email template.
    6. Select Submit.
