Track record list changes

  • Get an AI-generated summary of recent changes made to a list without manually reviewing each record.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_ai_filter_tracker.user, workspace_user

    Procedure

    1. Open a workspace list in your instance.
      Note:
      • This feature doesn't work on related lists.
      • This feature is limited to tables that extend task.
      • The list must have less than 100 records.
      • You can only track five lists at a time.
    2. Select the AI tracking icon (AI tracking icon).
      When records within the list change, you can summarize the changes.

    3. Select Summarize.

    Result

    A summary of recent changes made to the list is generated.
