Use filter sets in the Activity stream

  • Create and save filter sets with custom conditions in the Activity stream.

    Before you begin

    Role required: workspace_user

    Procedure

    1. Open a record in your instance.
    2. From the Activity stream, select the filter icon (Filter icon).
    3. Select the Post Types list, and select the values you want to filter.
    4. Select the Field Changes list, and select the values you want to filter.
    5. Select Filter sets > Create new filter set.
      The Create new filter dialog box opens.
    6. In the Name field, enter a name for the filter set.
    7. Select Save.
      The new filter set appears in the Filter sets list.
    8. Select Filter sets and the edit icon (Pencil icon) for a filter set.
      The Edit activity filter set dialog box opens.
    9. Optional: Edit a filter set.
      1. From the Edit activity filter set dialog box, make changes to the filter set.
      2. Select Save.
    10. Optional: Delete a filter set.
      1. From the Edit activity filter set dialog box, select Delete.
        The Discard your filter dialog box opens.
      2. Select Discard filter.
        The filter set is deleted from the Filter sets list.
