    • Hide journal fields for forms so that work notes and comments only appear in the Activity stream.

    Before you begin

    Role required: form_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Configuration Settings > UX View Rules Configurations.
    2. From the UX View Rules Configurations list, select a workspace.
      The UX View Rules Configuration record for the workspace opens.
    3. From the Workspace View Rules related list, select a record type.
      The View Rule record for the record type opens.
    4. Select the Form Settings tab.
    5. Select Hide Journal Input Fields.
    6. Select Update.
