Configure Next Experience Workspace preferences

    Before you begin

    Workspace preferences display only if you have access to a Workspace and the Workspace is in focus.

    Role required: none

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to User Menu > Preferences > Workspace.
    2. Select the toggle next to each option to turn the preference on or off.
      Table 1. Workspaces
      Field Description
      Show the ribbon. Shows the ribbon widget by default when the form loads.
      Show the sidebar. Shows the contextual side panel by default when the form loads.
      Expand activity stream items by default. Expands all activities in the activity stream automatically.
      Lazy load workspace pages. Loads all content on a page dynamically, as needed. Disable this preference to load all content immediately.
