Make a domain the default

    • Made a domain the default domain to which the system automatically assigns task and user records that are not already assigned to a domain.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    About this task

    Note:
    If you do not set a default domain, then new tasks and user records are placed in the global domain.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Domain Admin > Domains.
    2. Open the domain you want to be the default domain, for example, Main.
    3. Configure the form layout to add the Default field.
    4. Select the Default check box.
    5. Click Update.
