Tutorial scenario

Alexandra faces problems in managing volunteering events, which involves lot of manual tasks, maintaining a static list of events and attendees, and lacks a standardized process for feedback collection. To overcome this problem, Alexandra uses ServiceNow Studio to build an application to track events, attendee sign-ups and feedback collection.
