Key Outcomes
After creating and assigning user accounts to a persona, these accounts will appear in the Username list for that persona, allowing for organized and role-specific user experiences. To view newly created personas, return to the Personas page in the Admin menu.
Personas let you customize user access according to the user's business role.
Transaction Manager uses personas to define distinct user types and roles that you find in your Sales organization. Examples of personas might be a sales rep persona or a sales manager persona.
Each persona has customized access to data, including what they can view, edit, and how the layout appears to that user type in each Stage of the transaction’s lifecycle. This lets the administrator define how different users experience the transaction based on their roles in the Sales organization.
