ServiceNow reports are visualizations of your data that you can share with users on dashboards and service portals, export to PDF, and email. You can use reports to analyze and monitor the performance and trends of your business processes and workflows.
To check a report in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > View / Run and select the report you want to check from the list. You can also use the search box or the filter options to find the report by name, type, source, or owner.
- Click on the report name to open it in a new tab. You will see the report data displayed in a chart, list, or calendar format, depending on the report type. You can also see the report title, description, source table, and filter conditions at the top of the tab.
- You can interact with the report by using the toolbar options at the bottom of the tab. For example, you can refresh the report data, export the report to PDF or Excel, share the report via email or URL, add the report to a dashboard or homepage, or edit the report settings.
- You can also drill down into the report data by clicking on a segment of the chart, a row of the list, or a cell of the calendar. This will open a new tab with more details about the selected data point.

To view or run a report, use the All menu to open Reports > View / Run.
Use the filters to see a subset of the reports:
- My reports: Reports created by the currently logged in user.
- Group: Reports shared with a group that includes the currently logged in user.
- Global: Reports that are available to all users.
- All: All reports the currently logged in user is authorized to view (My reports + Group + Global).
To view or edit a report, click the report Title in the list. To create a report, click the Create a report button.

To check list of report you need to search in application navigator sys_report.list it will open list of all report you can open which you want to see
