CI identifier is not working

Hi Experts, 

 

Could you please suggest we have created new custom CI identifier rule and it is not working as exepected.

 

Could you please suggest how to fix this issue ?

Can you elaborate the scenario where it did not work? Identification and reconciliation engine (IRE) is NOT followed by methods like data imports which are NOT done through integration hub ETL and 3rd party tool integrations which are NOT done through Service Graph Connector

Hi,

 

Thanks for your response , we don't want that duplicate CI should be created via discovery job hence we have modified the identifier rule and it is not working. Can you please suggest how to fix this issue?
