Is there any current existing functionality to create new CI's and update existing CI's in the ITOM module automatically

ITOM visibility products like Discovery, Service Mapping and Service Graph Connectors (for 3rd party tool integrations) can automatically populate CI data in the CMDB. Following are some useful URLs related to this. But these products need to be activated and configured for populating CI data.
