I got this error message when working with Service Builder in a new customer instance.
Listing my services and then clicking on one of them:
Gives me this error message that I was not able to find anything about.
Error message:
User doesn't have access to the wizard

When I asked ServiceNow Support I got the answer that some record producers was inactive. And when flipping them to Active the error message dissapared.
This is what I got in response:
MOST PROBABLE CAUSE:
Service related producers are inactive on the instance.

Yes this is the issue. You need to activate these records producers...

Thanks, but I had these issues as a user with admin role. So it was not a role related issue.
