German version dont show the results under Visualisation Area in Service Operations Workspace

Hi together,

when I change the language in the user preference (in this case to german) only the "Incident SLAs" show the results in the below section of Service Operations Workspace. Clicking on the other donuts after that, nothing happens (or the value from the first donuts will still shown). Any idea?

Hi @nherm !

We encountered the same issue and after opening a support ticket @service now  we were told that this is a known defect and is solved with upgrading Service Operations Workspace ITSM Applications to version 3.0 (or above)
So what I did was upgrading the ITSM Apps via plugins to the current version - and it worked!

We were using Tokyo before and upgraded to Vancouver last weekend.
