Hi @onlineworkw ,

Correct Answer is - To measure and report on the performance of IT services

SLA- Service Level Agreement is between service provider and service consumer. Service Provider may claim a lot of promises when selling their services but how much they were able to achieve it can be measured through SLA. For an ex:- If service provider is saying that I can guarantee that I will be able to resolve your incident in 30 min so SLA means within 30 min they need to resolve my incident else they need to pay me penalty. In short due to SLA service providers will try to promise only what they can achieve/provide rather than bosting on their services.

Hope it will clear the air about SLA.

Hello @onlineworkw

The correct answer is To measure and report on the performance of IT services

ServiceNow, a service-level agreement (SLA) is a feature of the Service Level Management (SLM) application that defines the level of service a vendor is expected to provide. SLAs outline the metrics used to measure service, as well as any remedies or penalties if the agreed-upon service levels aren't met.

Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.

Kind Regards,
