Hi,
We have built employee center and want to expose it to only some set of users. User criteria can be used only to restrict visibility on topics. Please assist on achieving this requirement?

Hi @sath,
No , we do only can do basis of roles.
One option is to create a custom role and assign this role this a particular group and validate that, this should only visible to users part of that group.
Note: Validate the role licensing of your company before proceeding.
Mark this as helpful/correct if this helps you.
Thanks,

Hi @sath ,
You can share the URL with only few people you wanted , if you want to control on application navigator, edit the module and control the permission there.
Thanks,
Yaswanth

@YaswanthKurre Right, permissions are role based on modules. Is there any way to restrict it based on the group/department?
