Dear Experts
We've received a request from employee users.
They want to view reports on incident tickets related to themselves.
<Requirements>
・Employee users
・Want to allow viewing without using ITIL roles
・Filter using some parameter (department, system name, job title)
・Just need to be able to view the report
Would it be possible to achieve this by creating a mechanism using a catalog item that passes parameters and displays the report?
※In this case, the submit button should be hidden.
If there are any specific methods that could serve as a reference, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.

but in your catalog item you will have to include some variables, what you want to display?
you can hide the Submit button as that's possible
Note: you will have to ensure ACL passes for non-itil
