I noticed when user will want to combine smart assessments, there is no specific fields or attribute or a criteria that define similarity among assessments. Please see the below screenshot. Looking at the fields, it is difficult for users to identify which all assessments to combine.
How can we show that associated record on which assessment is getting triggered on list view itself? Based on that associated record, we can dot walk and show the unique field (ex: like entity, CI etc.) also.

What version is this? Xandu? We're on Washington DC and our UI button to combine is called grouping assessments.
Control attestations are grouped by response type and category (control objective, entity, or category) to create an assessment.
If you add Entity to a column, then the respondent can filter the list by Entity to have something similar to group the attestations together. 100 control attestations with different responses for one Entity in an assessment.
If control objective/risk is added to the column, then the respondent can filter the list by Control Objective/Risk for several Entities. 100 control attestations for the same control, with the same responses, for several Entities in an assessment.

Hi @Jay Van I am on Xanadu. The Combine button is available for "Smart Assessments" which is enabled through "Smart Assessment Engine" plugins. For this list, I cannot see those columns to identify the similar assessments.

@Developer3 We may be on different pages in GRC. I am using the GRC Tasks page in GRC/IRM (have not migrated to Employee Center. This service now document has a screen capture of the GRC Tasks page at the bottom - Integration of Employee Center and GRC
You can check if you have the GRC Task page by walking the directory. Open webpage for your instance and paste /now/risk/page/home after https://companyname.service-now.com
Developers can customize the GRC Tasks page by adding some columns. If you cannot customize the GRC Tasks page or access it, then creating reports for dashboards for the attestation respondent is an option, and the dashboard compliments the GRC Tasks page, Workspaces, or the Employee Center.
If the GRC admin/developer has enabled personalizing the columns on the GRC Tasks page, click the cog icon and add the Entity and Attestation Respondent columns, then you or the attestation respondent can use Entity and Attestation Respondent to look for and filter the control attestations and/or combined assessments by Entity.
The GRC Task page is a subpage of the Compliance Workspace. In the All controls list, you should be able to sort by entity. Attestation Respondents (GRC Business Users) will complete the assessments in the Employee Center or GRC Tasks page.
