System-Generated Recommendations - Washington DC Update

Hello, 

 

I am currently using a PDI that has the Washington DC release installed. I am trying to figure out how to use the system generated recommendations on Issue records. This new functionality was covered in the release notes under the section Common GRC Features I know where to find these recommendations within the Risk Workspace, however when I select the lightbulb icon it says "No recommended actions." Why is it that I have no recommended actions? What are these recommendations based on? Do I need a certain amount of data for these recommended actions to be populated? Is there a setting that needs to be changed or a plugin/application that needs to be installed? I am currently using a PDI. Please let me know if you have any answers.

Hi @marisaweyga ,

The recommendations on issues will only appear after you have trained the model. To train the model, please follow the below steps:
1. Go to All > Similarity Definitions.

2. Open the record corresponding to the Issues table.

3. Click on Train button on the form.

Once the training is complete, The recommendations will start showing up for Issues.
