Asset Actions (Update/Repair) not triggering from Affected CI related list in Incident

We are facing an issue with Asset Actions (Update/Repair) when triggered from the Affected CI related list in Incident.

When selecting an action (Update/ Repair) from the related list and saving the record, no processing is triggered—there are no errors, logs, or visible changes. The action value updates, but the expected backend logic like changing the state of CI/asset is not executing.
But the swap and retire asset actions are working.

You please Repair the plugin:

 

Hardware Asset Management Professional plugin (com.sn_hamp)

and try 

 

Somewhere configuration got broken it seems.

Hi @FemyM,

 

You can do a repair of the plugin or simply refresh your instance from the Manage the instance. This is not a big deal; this keeps happening in PDI now and then. So chill!!!
