Mobile Agent asset lookup not scanning barcodes

When launching the asset lookup function on the Agent app, the camera activates but it does not recognize any barcodes until you tap the asset tag field and then the scanner icon. Is this normal behavior? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello @Jim Tower ,

Yes. as per my knowledge,  it is normal. Because, we need to scan barcodes only for getting values of asset tag and then as per asset tag we got serial name.
