Is there a way to configure the HRM todo's widget?

We are not seeing enough information on our ToDos widget on Employee Center.  Right now, it only shows the short description of the HR Case.  We'd like for it to display the variable responses from the record producer as well.

You can configure what appears in to-dos based on the actual record type/table by going to Employee Center > To-dos Configuration.  Open the record (e.g., HR Acceptance) and update the "Detail row" section to include the HR Case's Description or whatever else you want to appear.

Could you maybe show a screenshot of what you are currently seeing when using the widget?

Maybe you have go over to the Standard Ticket Configuration/To-Dos Config to modify what is visible?
