Create Change Task on Change Request

Hi All,

I'm using flow designer to create a change task on the given change record.

Here I'm not able to set a short description(hardcoded) for the change task; it is automatically fetching from the parent. Can anyone make a recommendation for me?

You can use the Create Task action instead
