Hi,

Just add condition --> Subject: Starts with 'Declined (Away)'.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

I've shared an example to prevent incident creation when an email reply subject includes the word 'Declined.' Assuming 'Declined' is automatically added to the subject line.

@Jakkamsetti Pra, I encourage you to test this solution and replace the subject condition with the correct identifier present in the received email.

At the end utilizing the 'Stop processing' field should resolve your issue. Ensure to add the correct condition for effective functionality.

Please mark it as helpful and accept it as a solution if it assists you in any way.

regards,

Prasad

Sure Prasad, thanks for your suggestion.

Hi Prasad,

Small confusion, Declined text is already updated in Email properties then in that case it should not create incident right. Can you please clarify this confusion. Thank you.
