unable to open incidents in default view.

i have checked If i don't have sn_incident_write role i am unable to open incidents in default view. how is this role related to default view. is somewhere i need to change configuration ? i didn't see any view rules set.

It means you are an end user and there any many fields not shown to you. did you check is any ACL has been defined on this?

Yes i have checked all the ACL. I have created ACL for the table and fields but problem is with changing view.
