Dont know if this is the right place to post this.
But I have an Agent Workspace, and i want to be able to use an existing UI Action, which is possible to choose when opening a record, for example a STA or RIT.
For example this UI Action called "Compose Email" is available when i open the form.
But what I want to be able to do is when I am on the list view I want to be able to choose many "tickets", so I have have this UI Action and click "Compose Email" so I can send email to all of the tickets i choose.
See the picture below:
So for example under the "Assign to me" I want to be able to also add "Compose Email" so that I dont have to go into each ticket and do it.
Is there a possible simple solution for this?

Well its like, I want to be able to use exactly the same "UI Action" that i have into a "List Action". So trying to replicate the same UI Action I have, so that it can also be used into List Actions. That is what i am struggling to do.

HI @AbooK
Thanks for update but I still did not get the use case? Why you want to replicate?

Hey @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Thansk so much for your help. The reason I want to replicate this is because, when that button "Compose Email" is pushed, then a new window is opened so we can send email to that specific "caller" from an incident or whatever it may be.
But what we want to be able to do is to from the list, click on for example 3 tickets, then when we push "Compose Email" button, we want a new window to be opened with the email callers of those 3 tickets. So that we can send the same email to these 3 different people. The email will always be written manually each time. Is the use case understandable now?
If not then please let me know.
Best regards
Abu
