Can't sign in to my dev instance

Hi,

I cannot sign in to my developer instance (I could before) and I have some devs inside that I don't want to lose.
The error message is ""

I reseted my password admin user from the developer website and I still get this error.

Before that, the only thing I changed is the configuration of an AD LDS server. It already happens that users with source attribute filled by LDAP Data Source cannot login after but the admin user is not mapped to an LDAP user. I cannot verify right now since I cannot login but the source attribute should be empty.

Is that a Servicenow support to fix the issue ?

Hello,

Please login to the Developer Site and click your profile icon and then see if you can reset your admin password that way. If you can't/it doesn't work, please click the "Give Feedback" button at the bottom of the Dev Site page and that will submit a case to SN for support.

As I said, I already reseted my password this way.

I confirmed the fact that a LDAP User mapped to a SN User while testing the LDAP Import with Data Source and filled the source attribute, that's the issue. I guess I need to open a case now...

Yes, I read what you said and responded accordingly.

I'm mentioning what you can do, yourself...and if you can't or it doesn't work, submit a case. Your tone in your response to me would be valid if I literally said only what you've already done and nothing more...I didn't...I covered more.
