Hi,
I can login fine to the Developer site, but can't log into my instance with same details. I've tried resetting the password, but still can't get it to work (message says user name or password incorrect, so I want to make sure I'm putting the right user name in, but if its not my email address, I don't know what it should be?).

Give the user name as admin.

Hi Helen,
You can also reset the admin password of your instance by going to "Reset Admin Password" on the Action menu of the "My Instance" screen.
Please let us know if that doesn't work for you.

Hello, this is a good tip. However, I already attempted to impersonate ITIL user and cannot go back to admin now. It is asking me to enter correct current password for ITIL user.
