Hello All,
My instance https://dev192772.service-now.com/ is not waking up from Hibernation. I just have used my PDI yesterday also. Since then it is not waking up.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Soham4 ,
as you might know, there is no support available from s ServiceNow in relation to PDI, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. NOTE, all development that haven’t been backed up will be lost for good.
