Hi All,
I need to find out the best alternatives to solve the following issue:
If there is an SSO issue or complete network outage we need to have a way for the Service Desk to log tickets and have access to Knowledge Management so they can continue to support customers. is there an SSO Bypass mechanism or a similar idea?

You can use login.do to login to your instance using password credentials in case of SSO issue.
example URL: https://instance_name.service-now.com/login.do
