Cannot choose size of Azure vm in Cloud Service Catalog

Hi all,
I'm trying to create Azure vm by Servicenow Cloud Service Catalog.
I already set up every steps for SCS,
But cannot choose size of VMs.
Anyone solved this issue?

hmm that's odd..
if you happen to have the cloud Operations workspace, you can quickly check if hardware types for the regions is discovered, by going to the cloud resources explorer.
if not, go to the specific datacenter record from the account page, and under that check if hardware types are really appearing.

It seems like hardware types are normally appering.
I checked Azure Service account - Region(Korea Central) - hardware type
There are more than 500 hardware types.

given all this - I think i know why it is failing. you probably are still on the old hardware types model. please migrate to the new hardware types model. see this kb for deets. Migrating to a new hardware type model - Support and Troubleshooting (servicenow.com)
after migrating try the catalog form again.

Unfortunately, Still cannot choose size for vms after migrating.

table called cmdb_ci_cloud_hardware_type should ahve the records.
if it still did not work, maybe some other issues like permissions at work?
best to raise support case so someone can get into detail and take a look.
