CIS - Service Mapping exam QA

Hi fellow community, I am planning on taking the CIS - Service Mapping certification exam. Can any of you that already passed it advise me briefly regarding what to expect ? Which topic of SM is the most asked about ? I got the Service Mapping book provided by Now Learning and will read it 25 times, are there a lot of questions regarding pattern creation and the steps that are used ?
