Hello, What happens when an instance gets retired? Will the data and customizations remain intact?
Once of our demo instances got retired today and that was done without any notice. We have a lot of processes running on that instances, and I don't have a clue what to do now.
We will talk to the territory manager of our area, but I am concerned if the data and customizations still remain.
If anyone got any clue about what happens when an instance getting retired, please help! Thanks!

You'll have to work with ServiceNow support, but it should follow the same backup processes, so the full DB should still be available if you've caught it soon enough.

Hi - Did you get your retired instance back with all configurations?
