Network AP's being discovered with no IP's populating on CI form

Hi Community,

 

We are facing an issue all the network access points created after January are being discovered with no IP's address in ServiceNow. When we check the payload, we are able to see the IP address of APs.

Also, SNMP OID of APs is already present in the ServiceNow.

 

Please suggest some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
