I am trying to configure a dashboard to display in our NOC and I have created a Homepage in my SN account which I would like to use. Is there a way to display this page on a screen where it does not require authentication? As the NOC space is used by dozen's of employees I would prefer not to be logged into my SN account on the machine.

Have you tried putting the reports on a content management page in CMS? (It doesn't have to have navigational elements and be a full branded site -- you could just create one page and put the reports on it). The experience would look something like this:

Thank you for the suggestion and this looks like a nice workaround. Do you have any suggestions which you can forward which will help me re-create a similar interface?

The reports you saw in my dashboard are built using Explore Analytics, but to create using the out-of-box functionality, you can follow the steps on the CMS part of the wiki here: Content Management Step-By-Step Overview - ServiceNow Wiki and then add your reports.
