Reduce severity of an Event for a Non production CI

Hi,

If we have an event going into the event table of the ITOM Health module, we would like to be able to reduce it's severity if the CI is a NON Production CI.

 

We dont want to raise a P1 incident for a Development CI.

 

Which method do you recommend to accomplish this?

Are you using the attribute "Environment" on the CIs?
Maybe different Alert Management Rules for the different environments by filtering on the environment.

Thank you Michael are you using a different AMR and reducing the severity of the ones which have their environment set as DEV?
