Convert attached PDF to text
Hey all, I want to parse data which is attached to record/incident and get that data into Text format. Does anyone know how can I achieve it?

Hi Team, Response SLA's are not attaching when Incident has been created by ServiceDesk team, Conditions are same but when any other user creates, Response SLA's are attaching. How to check
