Hi there,
How are you making sure that for every record there is History and History Lines? Because that's not auto populated for all records immediately out-of-the-box. Following this approach of reporting, would cause an incorrect data set. Unless auto populating the History and History Lines is somehow done.
Kind regards,

Hi Mark,
I understand this is not the best approach out there, but one possible way to achieve it.
And I believe your response already covered that ground.
Metrics and PA is the way to go, but History can also be a feasible solution.

No that's not what I'm after.
What I'm mentioning is yes you can look at History and History Line, though... when are those populated? Only if someone clicks manually on History > List. So if no one clicks on that on a task (which no one will for the majority of the tasks), the History and History Lines are not generated. So at what data are you really looking at than, a by far incomplete data set.
Kind regards,

Hi @mregragui_ext ,
first create a metric in metric definition for priority is P1. This refer to, that every time an incident is p1, a metric record will be created.
secondly, create a report based on the metric definition with the condition that priority is not P1. This will show you all incidents which have been P1 but is no longer P1.
