service now -Vitual Agent Instance Access

Hi All,

I am new to ServiceNow Community.I recently started learning information about Service Now Virtual Agent Topics.

Could someone help me understand how can I create/access Service Now Virtual Designer instance?

I would like to do some hands on while going through the Theory for -Virtual Agent.

Beyond this you have more course on developer site, search for virtual agent, you will find good courses there with hands on exercise. Again focus on hands on.

As far as plugins are concerned everything is covered in the courses, but to startw ith you need following:

• ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations [sn_itsm_va]

1) I started with - ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand (It has mainly Theory)

2) Also, I started with Virtual Agent Implementation (Rome). It has a simulator called Picxel.But, I don't find all conversational setup related to branding Virtual agent and few others match with ServiceNow instance(as mentioned in youtube video below).
