I was wondering if anyone can help me determine when/if the "Attach a Knowledge article" functionality was changed?
A few years ago when attaching a knowledge article, the knowledge article body would be copied into the comment section (with no hyperlink). We customized so that when a user clicked to "attach" an article under the Related Search Results, the KB number and article title would be linked in the Additional comment.
My question is whether this is the OOB functionality- linking the knowledge article in comments vs. displaying the full article body?
