Hi @BillMartin

If I use my ServiceNow ID to access Now Support, can I change my email address on that account?

Please ask your Customer Admin to either deactivate your Now Support account or change its email address to decouple it from your ServiceNow ID, thereby allowing you to change the email address on your ServiceNow ID. If you don't know your Customer Admin, log in to https://support.servicenow.com/ to open a case or contact ServiceNow using one of the phone numbers listed https://www.servicenow.com/support/contact-support.html.

KB1002280 - ServiceNow ID Email Change - Frequently Asked Questions

Beside Now Support deactivation, you also need to disable Partner Flag in your account.

If you are an existing partner or your old account was a partner account, you need to create a request with the Partner team to release/detach your email at partnerops@servicenow.com or go to Partner Support Page.

Cheers,

Tai Vu

Hi @BillMartin ,

Check, below the your email, there should be link for "Manage Profile", open that link and after re-authentication profile page will open , scroll down there is Account section and here you can update it.

Primary Email, is the same email which you used to create your profile.

Ok, i think you created this profile using your corp emailId that's the reason it's not allowing to change. if there is change in email due to employer change then you can open a case and try to get help.

In the meantime you can hide this email for public.

Hi Ashish, on which portal should I create the case? The partner portal is pointing me to ask a question in the community.
