Hi @seshareddy
The process is very simple:
-
Register your profile on ServiceNow University.
-
After registration, enroll in the CSA (Certified System Administrator) training, which is currently free for everyone.
-
Once you complete the training, you’ll be given the option to claim the exam voucher.
Please note that there are no current schemes or campaigns offering free or discounted vouchers for any mainstream exams. Unfortunately, you will need to pay the full amount to obtain the voucher.
After claiming the voucher, go to Webassessor to schedule your exam by adding the coupon code.
Good luck with your training and the exam!
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hell @seshareddy ,
If you're aiming for the CSA (Certified System Administrator) cert, the best place to start is the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course on ServiceNow University. It’s free and covers all the core topics you’ll need.
Once you finish the course, you’ll be eligible to purchase the exam voucher and schedule it through Webassessor.
For prep, I’d recommend:
-
Going through the eBook and labs a few times
-
Practicing on your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
-
Checking out this handy CSA prep checklist
Let me know if you need any help or still have a doubt anywhere. Good luck!
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Aniket
