Alert investigation skill does not work

When I open now assist panel, "Hmm, actually, it looks like Now Assist isn't set up to help you with anything right now." message was generated by AI.

I'd like to use "alert investigation" skill of now assist for ITOM to do a demo with lab instance or demo instance.

[what I tried:]

I tried to repair the plugin now assist for ITOM, but it did not work.

[additional info:]

1.The version of now assist for ITOM is the latest version 1.1.1.

2.The instance I am using is a lab instance from the course "ITOM AIOps Bootcamp on demand(Xanadu)"

3.The "alert analysis" skill does work.

4.Attached Alert Investigation.png is from a course video called now assist for ITOM and I want the result like this.

I requested a new lab instance and installed the latest verion of Now Assist for ITOM and it worked.
